As we know if por-Si/с-Si is deposited on a -type crystalline silicon substrate, the deep levels and surface states are formed in por-Si. Due to the formation of these levels and states in por-Si, the shift of the Fermi…
In the present work, the absorption spectra of all defects characteristic of hydrogenated amorphous silicon are theoretically studied. It has been found that the main role in determining the defect absorption spectrum…
Daytime heat losses and coolant temperatures at the outlet of flat-plate solar collectors (SC) are studied taking into account the variability of the density of incident solar radiation on the SC. The studies were…
We studied solar pumped fiber lasers without primary concentrator. A model of solar sidepumped Nd3+ doped silica fiber lasers was developed using photon tracing method. Theabsorbed power distribution, possible losses…
The electrical conductivity of C-4 grade graphite irradiated by fast neutrons with a fluence of 2.22×1019 n/cm2in the temperature range of 298–448 K has been studied. A nonlinear dependence of the electrical…
Sb2Se3 films were obtained by chemical molecular beam deposition (CMBE) at a substrate temperature of 400℃. The X-ray patterns show diffraction peaks belonging to the orthorhombic phase of Sb2Se3. The obtained X-ray…
It has been determined that ZnO1-хSх nanoislands with an average height of about 30−50 nm and densities of 2.9×1011 cm−2 are formed on the surface of ZnO1-хSх films during the deposition of metal oxide layers. It is…
By implantation of Al+and In+ions and subsequent annealing on the GaP surface, thin singlecrystal GaAlP and GaInP films were obtained. For the first time using the methods of Auger electron spectroscopy, ultraviolet…
The physico-chemical and mechanical properties of ceramics and composites, which in many respects are superior to modern alloys, are not widely used due to processing difficulties. They can be treated qualitatively by…
Model experiments on the scattering of nitrogen atoms by the surface of a carbon nanotube were carried out using molecular dynamics methods (ReaxFF, LAMMPS). In this work, a twolayer carbon nanotubes with chirality…
When obtaining carbon nanomaterials, the metal nanoparticles are mainly used, far less their oxides. Nickel oxide nanoparticles have been examined by X-ray diffraction analysis and found to have a standard cubic crystal…
he behaviors of self-aggregation of C60 molecules in solution of C60/toluene/hexane were studied by the methods of refractometry, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and electron microscopy…
Multi-rod scheme is being studied as one of the promising pathways in advancing solar lasers toward higher efficiency. We developed an end-to-end simulation model with several rods for end-side pumped solar laser. The…
The growing electricity demand is associated with an increase in the use of renewable energy sources, which is difficult to use directly due to the dependence of its parameters on natural phenomena. Therefore, there is…
Using the methods of powder X-ray diffraction, secondary ion mass-spectroscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy, photoelectron spectroscopy, and spectroscopy of elastically reflected electrons, the composition, density of…
In this work, the ohmic contact has been investigated for n-4H-SiC. It is shown that a Schottky barrier is formed in the samples during the vacuum heat treatment at 700°C, and at 950°C nickel atoms begin to actively…
In the paper, the influence of hot electrons, holes and a crystal lattice on currents of p-n junction based on heterostructures have been investigated. The power of the solar photocell, the changes in the fill factor…
