Multi-rod scheme is being studied as one of the promising pathways in advancing solar lasers toward higher efficiency. We developed an end-to-end simulation model with several rods for end-side pumped solar laser. The model allows the determination of all necessary parameters making it possible to estimate all performance characteristics of solar lasers. The robustness of the developed model is discussed. The absorption distributions and the output powers are demonstrated for the chosen parameters.
