Investigation of the Electrical Conductivity of C-4 Graphite Depending on the Fluence of Fast Neutrons

Annotatsiya

The electrical conductivity of C-4 grade graphite irradiated by fast neutrons with a fluence of 2.22×1019 n/cm2in the temperature range of 298–448 K has been studied. A nonlinear dependence of the electrical conductivity on dose and temperature has been established. It is shown that the greater the dose of graphite irradiation and the greater the neutron fluence, the greater the decrease in the electrical conductivity of the material.
