The electrical conductivity of the SAV-1 structural alloy, irradiated with fast neutrons with a fluence of 1017–1019 n/cm2 , was investigated in the temperature range 290–480 K. A nonlinear dependence of the specific resistivity on dose and temperature was established. It is shown that the higher the irradiation dose of the SAV-1 structural material, the higher the neutron fluence, the more Frenkel pairs, vacancies and interstitial atoms, are formed in the crystal lattice, and they reduce the electrical conductivity of the material.
