This article provides a scientific analysis of the theoretical and legal foundations, historical development, and essence of the concept of administrative-jurisdictional activity. The author examines the etymological origins and legal substance of the concepts of “jurisdiction,” “administrative process,” “administrative jurisdiction,” and “administrative-jurisdictional activity,” while also conducting a comparative analysis of the primary scholarly approaches found in foreign jurisprudence. The article clarifies the distinctions between the jurisdictional and managerial concepts of the administrative process and examines the key characteristics, content, subjects, and social significance of administrative-jurisdictional activity. The research substantiates that administrative-jurisdictional activity is an independent law enforcement function characterized by state authority, carried out by specially authorized entities in accordance with the law, and aimed at resolving legal disputes and bringing offenders to administrative liability.
