This article integrates the socio-economic and cultural life of the Khiva Khanate in the late 19th and early 20th centuries with SDG 4 - "Quality Education for All". The topic of the article develops competency in teaching history lessons using high-quality standards based on modern international methods such as TimelineJS, production techniques, historical debates, and the "Chain of Changes" approach. These methods are applied to analyze historical processes, causes, critical thinking, systemic relationships, and consequences. The article systematically examines the Khiva Khanate's relations with the Russian Empire, tax policies, craftsmanship, governance system, uprisings, and educational processes. It aims to develop students' competencies in historical literacy, understanding cause and effect, systemic thinking, and the ability to perceive global contexts.
