This article integrates Amir Timur's policy of establishing a centralized state in the second half of the 14th century with the objectives of SDG 4 - "Quality Education for All". Using the "Chain of Changes" methodology, the article provides a systematic analysis of political fragmentation, external threats, territorial unification, border security, and administrative reforms within the territory of Movarounnahr. Through modern international methods - such as cause-and-effect analysis, systems thinking, historical debates, and digital technologies - the study fosters skills in historical literacy, critical thinking, and understanding of the global context.
