This article discusses the protection of women’s rights through legal guarantees, institutional coordination, and practical enforcement mechanisms. It argues that the gap between formally declared rights and everyday access to protection can be reduced by combining constitutional principles of equality, gender equality safeguards, and targeted measures to prevent harassment and violence.
