This scientific article analyzes legal problems related to the formation of a culture of environmental responsibility in agricultural enterprises. Within the framework of the study, the legal essence of the concept of environmental responsibility, the practice of its application in the agricultural sector, as well as problems arising in the process of law enforcement are comprehensively examined. The article substantiates the importance of legal education, legal advocacy, incentive mechanisms, and an effective environmental monitoring system in shaping a culture of environmental responsibility. The research results provide a basis for scientific and practical proposals aimed at ensuring environmental sustainability and developing legal culture in the agricultural sector.
