This article develops and scientifically substantiates an improved management model for general secondary education schools based on the management experience formed in Presidential schools. Within the framework of the study, strategic, organizational, pedagogical, and digital components of school management were systematically analyzed. Additionally, the article addresses issues of developing leadership competencies of administrators, strengthening internal quality monitoring, and implementing elements of financial and academic autonomy. The results of the experimental testing demonstrated that the proposed model is effective in the context of general secondary education schools.
