This article provides a comparative analysis of the state of corruption crime in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020–2025 and its trends. The study demonstrates that not only the absolute number of crimes but also a sharp increase in the crime coefficient (intensity) per 100 thousand population has occurred; moreover, qualitative changes in the structure of crime—specifically, a shift from fraud to the embezzlement of budget funds—are scientifically substantiated. In addition, factors causing corruption in territorial and sectoral contexts are examined, and proposals are advanced to improve preventive mechanisms through the use of digital technologies.
