This article examines the effectiveness of a comprehensive training methodology in developing the ability to assess game situations and adapt tactically among young female volleyball players. The study evaluated situational awareness, decision-making speed, and the accuracy of tactical actions. The results demonstrate that the comprehensive training methodology significantly improves the tactical preparedness of female volleyball players.
