This study examines the process and effectiveness of applying the management practices of Presidential schools to general secondary education institutions. Presidential schools, established to cultivate high-achieving students and promote innovative teaching approaches, have demonstrated advanced models of educational management based on meritocracy, accountability, and modern pedagogical technologies. The research explores how these managerial principles‒such as data-driven decision-making, teacher performance evaluation, leadership development, and student-centered education‒can be adapted to ordinary schools. Through comparative analysis and case studies, the paper identifies the opportunities, challenges, and strategies for successful integration of these practices into the general education system. The findings suggest that adapting the management model of Presidential schools can enhance the overall quality of education, improve administrative efficiency, and foster innovation in teaching and learning across all schools.
