This scientific article provides a comprehensive examination of the institutional and functional role of public associations in enhancing the legal culture of youth. The author explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of youth legal culture, its structural elements, and its specific characteristics in modern society. Furthermore, based on the requirements of the revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and relevant legislation, the article analyzes the legal status of public associations, their participation in social partnership mechanisms, and innovative approaches to legal awareness-raising and education. The study concludes by proposing scientific and practical recommendations to address existing challenges and improve the effectiveness of public associations.
