This article analyzes the criminological charcteristics of recidivism among youth and juveniles, as well as the socio-psychological, criminogenic, and institutional determinants underlyng its formation. It also substantiates practical proposals for for early prevention of youth crime, socio-legal rehabilitation of person releasedfrom correx=ctional institution, and improvement of institutional cooperation within the “Family-Educational Institutional-mahalla-Prevention Inspektor” framework.
