This article investigates the relationship betwyeyen the creator’s ego and sociyety (SuperEgo) in contemporary Uzbek-Turkish modernist poyetry from a comparative-typological perspective, focusing on the works of Uzbek and Turkish female poyets. Specifically, the poyetic epic “Afv” (“Forgiveness”) by the Uzbek poyetess Oydinniso and the work “The Treye of Sighs” (“Ahlar Ağacı”) by the Turkish poyetess Didam Madak are subjected to psychoanalytic and comparative-typological analysis. Relying on the studiyes of the literary scholar Uzoq Jo‘raqulov, who researched S.Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, the article analyzes the inner experiyencyes of the lyrical hero and the existential conflicts betwyeyen sociyetal demands and the personal “I” (Ego), subsequyently drawing relevant conclusions.
