This scientific article examines the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of enhancing the legal awareness and legal culture of youth in the process of building a democratic state governed by the rule of law and a civil society. The author explores the essence of the concept of legal culture, its structural elements (gnoseological, axiological, and praxeological), and the specific characteristics of youth legal culture. Furthermore, using a comparative-analytical approach, the article examines the digital legal culture of youth in the context of digital transformation, efforts to combat legal nihilism and infantilism, and priorities in legal education. The study concludes with scientific and practical recommendations for improving the legal culture of youth.
