This article examines the socio-legal nature, content, structure, and distinctive characteristics of youth legal culture. It explores the relationship between legal culture and legal consciousness, legal knowledge, legal thinking, legal values, lawful behavior, and legal activity. The study argues that youth legal culture is not merely an age-specific manifestation of general legal culture but a complex phenomenon shaped by individual socialization, legal status, educational attainment, the information environment, and the development of civic attitudes. The research employs normative legal, systemic, comparative legal, logical, formal legal, and institutional analysis. It examines constitutional guarantees protecting young people's rights and interests under Uzbek legislation and state policies aimed at strengthening legal culture. The findings identify practical application of legal knowledge, consistent lawful behavior, awareness of the balance between rights and obligations, legal activity, and intolerance of unlawful conduct as key characteristics of youth legal culture. The article also proposes a model for developing youth legal culture through systematic cooperation among families, educational institutions, mahallas, government bodies, and civil society organizations.
