This article focuses on the theoretical and legal nature of the legal culture of youth, its structural composition, and the patterns of its formation. The author examines the issues of enhancing legal culture and legal awareness among young people, as well as preventing legal nihilism and deformation through the lens of the theory of state and law. The article analyzes the institutional capacity of civil society institutions in raising the legal culture of youth, proposing scientific and theoretical recommendations for improving this process.
