Annotatsiya

The possibility and prospects of using of granular silicon as a material for the manufacture of thermal energy converters are discussed. It is shown that granular silicon particles mechanically brought into contact with each other are a variant of a two-component medium “electronic crystal-phonon glass”, the raw materials for which can be waste of semiconductor production and silicon metallurgy.
