This article examines the impact of gamification on student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes in English Language Teaching (ELT). Gamification — the integration of game elements into the educational process — is gaining increasing attention as a promising approach to enhancing the effectiveness of language learning. The findings of the study reveal that gamification has a positive influence on learner motivation in ELT settings. Elements such as points, leaderboards, and rewards foster a sense of achievement and cultivate intrinsic motivation. Learners who are actively engaged demonstrate greater persistence in the language learning process and participate more readily in classroom activities.
