It was found that studies of Alisher Navoi in Turkey developed through five historical stages. It was established that, beginning in the sixteenth century, Navoi’s works attracted scholarly attention through translation and lexicography. It was revealed that, in the mid-to-late twentieth century, Turkish scholars conducted in-depth research on Navoi’s legacy in the fields of textual studies, linguistics, and literary analysis. The impact of Navoi’s heritage on the Turkic literary and cultural environment was evaluated, highlighting its philosophical, Sufi, and aesthetic dimensions. It was demonstrated that, since the 2010s, digital technologies and new methodologies have expanded opportunities for studying Navoi’s works in a modern scientific context. Consequently, research in Turkey has enabled Navoi’s works to be explored not only in historical-philological but also in humanitarian, comparative, and ethical contexts. This study considers the historical evolution, methodological development, and enrichment of Navoi research through contemporary scientific approaches.
