This article discusses the genre diversity in the work of the poet Oʻroz Haydar. It argues that, in addition to poems, the author was engaged in writing sonnets, bardiya, essays, journalistic articles, and translations. The article also cites the opinions of poets and writers who have expressed their views on the author’s work. Several poems from the poet’s collections Mangulik boli and Sukut haqqushi are analyzed.
