This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological characteristics of motivational management in the development of teachers’ innovative activity in general education schools. It discusses the development of teachers’ competitive competencies, stimulation of professional activity, the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and the role of school leadership in creating an innovative environment. The study draws on modern management theories, motivation models (Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom), and innovative approaches in education.
