This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of managing teachers’ innovative activities. It explores the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of managing innovation, the motivational factors influencing teachers’ innovative behavior, and modern management approaches in education. The paper also discusses effective strategies for organizing innovative activities and proposes a model of teachers’ self-development in the context of digital education and pedagogical management.
