This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of motivational management of students' innovative activities in general education schools. It discusses the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of motivational control, factors stimulating innovation, and the importance of the teacher–student subject-subject relationship. The paper also explains the effective ways of developing creative thinking, promoting innovative ideas, and integrating them into the educational process.
