This article examines the legal aspects of transregional corridors as complex regimes linking states, markets, and infrastructure through transport, trade, and digital norms. The analysis addresses the international legal framework — transit law and the freedom of transit, procedural facilitation, and multimodal transport — as well as institutional models for corridor governance and investment, legal, and contractual frameworks (public–private partnerships, stabilization clauses). It also considers environmental and social safeguards, the digitization of documentation and workflows, and issues of liability and dispute resolution. Using examples from Eurasia, Africa, and Europe, the paper compares regulatory and coordination approaches (CAREC, TRACECA, INSTC, TEN-T, Trans-African Highways). The article concludes that an effective response requires a coordinated legal architecture combining hard and soft law, with emphasis on procedural compatibility, sustainability, and legal certainty for private capital.
