This article analyzes the importance of the communicative approach (Communicative Approach) in developing English speaking skills among non-philological (finance) students. The study highlights the effectiveness of communicative tasks such as role-plays on professional topics, presentations, and discussions of recent news. The results show that the communicative approach not only improves students’ fluency and accuracy in oral speech but also helps to strengthen their professional confidence and competitiveness in the international labor market.
