This scholarly article presents considerations regarding certain specific features of the principle of legal certainty. It also discusses the significance of the principle of legal certainty. Furthermore, the article includes the opinions and perspectives of national and foreign legal scholars on this principle. The purpose of this article is to analyze some specific features of the principle of legal certainty as a legal category in order to express views on its current importance for our national legal system. Based on this analysis, it also aims to examine how this principle serves as a means of ensuring legal stability, which is essential for achieving equality, freedom, and justice, and particularly for regulating the relationships between legal subjects.
