The article examines the theoretical and legal aspects of the transformation of the social function of the state in the context of the digitalization of social relations. It is argued that digitalization acts not only as a technological tool for modernizing public administration but also as an independent factor in the development of the social function of the state, influencing the content of social rights, the mechanisms of their implementation, and the system of legal guarantees of social protection.
