This article examines theoretical and practical issues of training modern educators in military education. Particular attention is paid to the development of professional competencies of military teachers, the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies and the effective use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The impact of digital learning environments, virtual platforms and artificial intelligence technologies on educational effectiveness is also analyzed. Based on the findings, recommendations for improving the professional training of military educators and enhancing the quality of military education are proposed.
