The article examines the tactical and methodological aspects of interrogating a suspect in criminal cases involving the illegal sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues committed via the Internet, instant messengers and other telecommunication technologies. Based on an analysis of the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan, departmental practice and foreign experience, the author reveals the specific features of this category of crimes and proposes a set of tactical, organizational and methodological measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of this investigative action.
