This article discusses the development of civil society institutions, mechanisms for increasing the economic activity of the population, and the expansion of the middle class. Civil society institutions, which serve as an important link between the state apparatus and the market, act as key drivers of social capital accumulation and institutional trust, including non-governmental non-profit organizations, professional associations, trade unions and public microfinance cooperatives.
