This article analyzes the administrative and legal mechanisms of compliance control within the anti-corruption framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the legal nature of the compliance system based on national legislation, including the Law "On Combating Corruption" and Presidential Decree No. PF-6013, as well as international standards such as the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), ISO 37001:2016, and ISO 37301:2021. The article highlights the role of compliance control as a preventive legal mechanism and its interconnection with internal control, risk management, and accountability systems. Furthermore, it identifies existing challenges in Uzbekistan's implementation, such as the fragmentation of the normative-legal framework and insufficient institutional independence. The research findings substantiate the need to develop compliance control as a distinct administrative-legal institution, introduce unified standards, and integrate international best practices into the national system.
