This article provides a systematic analysis of the administrative and legal foundations for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy in Uzbekistan. The study examines the negative impact of corruption on public administration and social development, existing legal mechanisms, institutional structures, and their practical effectiveness. In addition, the development trends of anti-corruption policy in Uzbekistan are analyzed using normative legal analysis, a comparative legal approach, statistical methods, and systemic methods. By comparing the experience of foreign countries, the article substantiates the importance of the compliance system, digitalization, and institutional transparency in reducing corruption. The results of the study indicate that improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy requires strengthening the regulatory framework, expanding digital governance, and enhancing public oversight. The article also develops scientific and practical proposals in this area.
