This article discusses the mechanisms for strengthening civil society through the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations. Civil society serves as a vital bridge between the state and the individual. In the context of modern globalization, non-governmental non-profit organizations and public foundations have become key drivers of democratic development. Drawing on the experience of Uzbekistan and international standards, this research demonstrates how these institutions foster a sense of social responsibility and exercise public oversight over state authorities.
