This scientific article explores various considerations regarding the functions of the principle of legal accuracy. It also highlights the importance of this principle as one of the fundamental elements of the rule of law. Today, the principle of legal certainty is regarded as a structural component essential for stabilizing legal relations and systems. Legal accuracy is increasingly recognized as a critical factor in lawmaking and law enforcement processes. Specifically, it entails the precision, clarity, and accessibility of legal standards, as reflected in legal texts and the interpretation of judicial documents. The purpose of this article is to analyze how legal accuracy, as a legal category, contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of compliance with legislation. Particular attention is given to its role in ensuring the stability of law, which is essential for regulating the interactions of legal entities.
