This article elucidates the pedagogical and organizational mechanisms for establishing extracurricular clubs for primary school students. The primary education stage is a crucial period for developing students' personal abilities, fostering social engagement, and instilling habits that form the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. From this perspective, extracurricular activities, particularly clubs, are regarded as effective means of meaningfully organizing students' free time, identifying and nurturing their talents, and enriching the educational process. The article systematically analyzes the stages of organizing clubs, including identifying needs and interests, planning, practical implementation, monitoring, and evaluating their effectiveness. It emphasizes that extracurricular activities, through a practically grounded mechanism, contribute to students' personal development and enhance the quality of education. This work offers practical and scientific-methodological recommendations for primary school teachers, class supervisors, school administrators, and parents. The presented mechanism serves to improve extracurricular activities in general secondary educational institutions.
