This article discusses ensuring public safety in emergency situations, the laws and regulations that serve as its foundation, the entities responsible for ensuring public safety, and the state's role in organizing public safety measures. It addresses the protection of citizens' safety, the mitigation of emergency consequences, and highlights public safety as one of the most pressing global issues currently facing all countries. The article also outlines the efforts being made in our country to organize public safety measures and mitigate their consequences, as well as the development and implementation of new methods based on foreign experience. Additionally, it provides a brief description of emergency situations and public safety concepts.
