The article examines the legal mechanisms for ensuring gender equality in entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan under the conditions of an innovative economy. It analyzes constitutional provisions, national legislation, and strategic programs aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs. Special attention is paid to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Guarantees of Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”, the Gender Equality Strategy until 2030, and current state measures for promoting women’s entrepreneurship. The article emphasizes the importance of integrating gender aspects into the innovative economy, digitalization, and the development of the start-up sector. Based on a systematic analysis, conclusions and recommendations for improving legal regulation are formulated.
