The article analyzes the principles and mechanisms of systemic management of the educational process in a hospital school. The need for a holistic and adaptive approach to the education of children undergoing long-term treatment is emphasized. The issues of interdepartmental interaction, individualization of training and quality monitoring are considered. A systematic approach is presented as the basis for ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of education in the treatment setting.
