The article discusses the coverage of Andijan region's history in the early 20th century through press materials in the newspapers "Kommunist", "Andijanskaya Pravda" and "Andijonnoma", as well as the interpretation of historical events through the press. The theoretical significance of this article lies in its contribution to determining the role of regional press in covering historical processes in the history of Uzbekistan. From a practical standpoint, it can be utilized by researchers conducting scientific studies in the fields of historiography, journalism, and source studies, as well as in compiling manuals on history and press studies.
