This article analyzes the interrelation between the "University 4.0" model being implemented in higher education institutions and psychological sciences. The main principles of the model - digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovative approach, and person-centered education - are examined from a psychological perspective. Specifically, it is substantiated that psychological characteristics of students such as intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, stress resilience, and adaptability directly influence the success of the educational process.
