This article analyzes issues of information security and political science, focusing on cybersecurity and propaganda management. It examines the significance of cybersecurity in modern state policy, methods employed by states to counter cyberattacks, and strategies for managing propaganda. The article also investigates how fake news and information warfare influence political processes, as well as mechanisms of political competition and control in the digital realm. By addressing information security challenges at both global and regional levels, the study explores current political issues related to ensuring stability in cyberspace.
