Annotatsiya

The article studies the effectiveness of treatment with the use of Prostamed and Permixon in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in terms of genotypes of MDR1 gene polymorphism, which is a genetic determinant of glycoprotein R protein. The results showed that there was a correlation between G2677T genotype variants of MDR1 gene and T3435C genotype variants with treatment efficacy.
