The article reveals the main results of the study of genotyping ofpatients with acid-dependent diseases by the polymorphism C3435Tofthe MDR-1 gene and CYP2C19:681G>A*2, CYP2C19:636G>A*3 and CYP2C19:806C>T*l7 polymorphisms of the C YP2C19 gene, the frequency of their occurrence, combination, relationship and influence ofgenotypes of these genes of drug pharmacokinetics on the effectiveness of eradication therapy in patients with acid-dependent diseases in connection with the effect of genotypes on the metabolism ofproton pump inhibitors. The results of this study are of great importance in the selection of personal dosage regimens of drugs, pharmacotherapy of acid-dependent diseases, which are based on genotyping ofpatients by polymorphisms of the genes of drug pharmacokinetics - MDR-l and CYP2C19.
