The authors report that to date there are only a few studies and no consensus on the pathogenesis of colonoptosis, and treatment results are disappointing. The authors conclude that in the main group, adhering to optimized surgical tactics for colonoptosis in combination with chronic colostasis, the frequency achieved a significant improvement in results, which made it possible to achieve the stated goal of the study.
