The authors report that repeated body mass gain (RGB W) after bariatric surgeries remains one of the key problems limiting the long-term effectiveness of surgical treatment of obesity, which is confirmed by the results of modern domestic andforeign research. The authors conclude that the developed algorithmized approach is a clinically justified, safe, and effective tool for optimizing the results of surgical treatment of obesity, as evidenced by a reliable improvement in the immediate and long-term results of treatment.
