The aim of this review is to systematize current data on the anthropometric parameters of bone tissue and their clinical-pharmacological significance. Key morphofunctional characteristics, such as bone length, density, thickness, and mineralization, and their impact on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs used for bone disorders are discussed. Individual variability and its importance for personalized therapy and prevention of osteoporosis, fractures, and other bone diseases are analyzed. The review emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive assessment of bone morphometric parameters for effective planning of clinical-pharmacological strategies.
