The aim of this study was to investigate modern instrumental and laboratory methods for assessing the morphofunctional characteristics of bone tissue. The diagnostic potential of imaging techniques, densitometry, morphometric and biochemical analyses was evaluated. Indicators of bone mineral density, markers of bone remodeling, and structural parameters of bone architectonics were analyzed. The effectiveness of an integrated approach in the diagnosis of osteopenia, osteoporosis, and other metabolic bone diseases was assessed. It was established that the combination of instrumental and laboratory methods improves the accuracy of early diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring. The findings confirm the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the evaluation of bone tissue status.
